Prepare for Changes to Jira/Confluence

Training for administrators (admins) will focus on the changes you can expect to Jira and/or Confluence as an admin.

Please note: If you are not an admin, please visit the training registration page for regular Jira/Confluence users here. Admin training is not designed for regular users.

After registering for a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email as well as an email with instructions on how to join the session. You’ll also have the option to add the session to your calendar. If you end up not being able to attend the training, the links to recordings will be shared as part of future communications.

Training is the best way to get comfortable with the Jira/Confluence changes before they take effect. It is highly recommended but remains optional for users.
