Prior to joining Praecipio, Flaten held various HR roles at Accenture, where she implemented programs to improve the workplace experience, developed diversity and inclusion initiatives, and executed talent strategies for technology teams across North America. Flaten also holds various certifications from ICAgile, including Agile Coaching, Agile Leadership, and Agile Team Facilitation.
