As part of the senior leadership team, Flaten will oversee the implementation of people and culture programs while Ozolins will lead high-growth marketing strategies, with both ensuring that their respective initiatives support Praecipio's growth strategy focused on delivering value-driven solutions to enterprise clients across the globe.

Flaten is an HR thought leader that brings over a decade of experience leading talent and human resource strategies for organizations across various industries. Prior to joining Praecipio, Flaten held various HR roles at Accenture, where she implemented programs to improve the workplace experience, developed diversity and inclusion initiatives, and executed talent strategies for technology teams across North America. Flaten also holds various certifications from ICAgile, including Agile Coaching, Agile Leadership, and Agile Team Facilitation.
