Austin, TX and Boston, MA – September 13, 2023 – Praecipio is acquiring Gurnet Consulting, an Atlassian-specialized management consulting firm, broadening its global practice in the Northeastern Core of the U.S. and Canada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
