SDP Solutions relied on tools like Microsoft Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive to support their project management and Google Sheets as their time-tracking solution. Because SDP Solutions was new to Jira Cloud, they had a running list of backlogged post-migration items that Praecipio helped resolve. Praecipio also assisted with establishing governance by creating policies and procedures in Confluence that could scale with the company’s growth.
